This is a journal about my everyday life of trying to create a farm. With no training or experience, I plan to learn as I go, one day at a time.... learning through trial and error. Following my heart and using my head and hands, until I have reached my goals.
Since I have been here, I have slowly worked on what I want to have as a part of my farm living. The house is in great shape, with an extra building that would be great for a shop to sell antiques and handmade items. There is plenty of land to plant gardens, orchards and to raise animals on. The woods surrounding the grounds keep the whole farm private. There are many things I need, such as a tractor, to help in planting, and there are fences and shelters that need to be built for the animals I hope to raise. The weather and enviorment is harsh, the land is rocky and hard, but with my determination and hard work, I plan to make my farm dream come true.
