Maybe one day, when I don't care about what grows anymore........I might let them have free run again, but I have a feeling I will always want to grow flowers and keep chickens until I am 109..............at least!

Welcome back!!!
ReplyDeleteDidn't realize chickens are like children, "Mom's not watching, so lets see what trouble we can stir up".
Looks up your getting some sunshine;-)
Blessings,

What a great picture! He is quite handsome! I love my chickens too!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo. Normally don't think of chickens as being as sneaky as a fox.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about chickens tearing up everything. When I had my one orphan hen, I realized that when I do get my chickens, they will have to have a yard. That one little hen did a number on one of my flower beds and my husband complained about the poop. So I will have a yard for them, too!
ReplyDeleteThat ole Gideon has probably been waiting for that moment for eons!
I love this picture, I'm saving it, my computer could use some new wallpaper. We had chickens when I was a child, I remember them as being mischievous and not liking me, for some reason. You are also making me want to try some stock in my garden, it would be something new for me. I'll let you know how it goes.
